Wholesale Terms and Conditions
By requesting Tessera Naturals to supply products to you, you acknowledge and agree to these Wholesale Terms and Conditions.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantity is $300 (wholesale value) for each order. Items can be mixed and matched in order to fulfill the MOQ.
All authorized wholesale customers will receive 50% off the MSRP. For orders containing 50 or more items, wholesale customers will receive 60% off the MSRP. Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise indicated, temporary sale prices and consumer coupon/discount codes will not be eligible for wholesale purchases.
How to place an order
Once approved as a wholesale customer, you may place an order in the following ways:
- Visit https://tesseranaturals.com/shop and use your unique wholesale coupon code at checkout. (Maximum website order amount is $1500)
- Email order details to firstname.lastname@example.org and receive an electronic invoice.
- Phone orders may be placed with a representative at 512-333-4823.
Payments for orders up to $1500 can be made by credit card directly through our website. (Visa, MasterCard).
For orders over $1500, we will email an invoice which can be paid by credit card or direct bank transfer (ACH).
We also accept PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle payments upon request.
We do not currently offer payment terms. All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Products will be shipped when payment has cleared.
Tessera Naturals offers free shipping for all wholesale orders in the US. We also cover the cost of postal insurance. Due to customs and shipping complications, we are not able to ship international orders at this time.
Please allow at least 7-10 days for delivery from the time of your payment. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
Damages and Defects
Wholesale customers are to inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Wholesale customers must contact Tessera Naturals within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Returns / Buybacks
Returns for damaged goods must be requested within 7 days of delivery date.
We offer free replacements on customer returns. Please contact us upon receiving a returned item from a customer.
If a wholesale customer wishes to return their stock/inventory, it must be requested within 60 days of receiving the order and items must be in new (re-sellable) condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee and wholesale customer will be responsible for return shipping.
We will notify you of any out of stock goods upon receiving your order. If a wholesale customer wishes to cancel any back-order items, please inform us.
Products shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the wholesale customer chooses to place products on sale at a discount, the wholesale customer shall not discount the products more than 25% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 25% discount by the wholesale customer must be requested and will typically be granted on a case by case basis.
Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own e-commerce storefront. Businesses are forbidden from selling Tessera Naturals products on any other online retail outlet. Tessera Naturals merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, Etsy, Facebook Buy-In Groups or other similar sites.
